Document Numbering
Starting number for each series. Numbers reset automatically every financial year (Apr–Mar) — e.g. 25-26/iActive/001. The value below is the floor used at the start of the year; it never reuses or lowers an existing number.
Year-end: client & supplier balances carry forward automatically — invoices and payments are never deleted, so outstanding balances continue into the new year. Only the document numbering restarts.

The prefix replaces the org token in the number; the suffix is appended at the end — e.g. with prefix NSA & suffix /A a quotation becomes 25-26/Q_NSA/015/A. Leave blank to keep the standard (Q_iActive).

GSTZen API credentials for generating e-Way Bills from invoices. Get your API Token from your GSTZen profile page. The GSTIN must be registered in your GSTZen account with e-Way Bill API access enabled.
